Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the Manager on Duty during your shift and drive key hourly business targets such as sales, conversion, ATV, customer capture, and NPS.
  • •Set and drive sales and service targets and motivate team members to achieve store goals.
  • •Provide personalized shopping experiences by educating customers on HOKA brand and products and staying current on product technology.
  • •Operate the cash register accurately, handle money, check inventory daily, and ensure products are stocked and merchandised per brand standards.
  • •Open and close the store, secure assets, support store administration and compliance, and help with in-store events/local outreach.
