Perform RF microwave measurement bench setup and testing in production. Configure measurement stations, run measurements (CW/pulsed, NF, scalar power, mixer), analyze results, and collaborate with product engineers to ensure test coverage and continuous improvement in a Lean manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Configure test benches to measure development products and circuits (parameters [S], CW or pulsed, NF, scalar power, mixer)
•Launch measurements in clean/grey room environments using handlers or thermal systems
•Collaborate with product engineers and designers
•Write bench sheets for each new setup and maintain measurement records
•Support production measurements, track quantities and cycle times, and participate in continuous improvement via Lean

Key Requirements

•Higher education (Bac+2/3) in electronics or physical measurements
•Significant experience (at least 4 years) in RF/microwave measurements in a production setting
•Knowledge of Excel
•Methodical, rigorous, autonomous with strong analytical ability and teamwork
•English understanding is a plus
