Job Summary

Coordinate strategic programs made up of multiple interrelated projects, working with program and project managers, PMO, finance, and business stakeholders. Maintain integrated schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues, and support governance meetings and executive communication through dashboards, reports, and KPI updates. Manage portfolio administration in Planview/PPM tools and support budgeting, forecasting, and variance reporting.

Key Responsibilities

•Coordinate activities across multiple projects, workstreams, and cross-functional teams, supporting program planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
•Maintain integrated program schedules, milestones, deliverables, and inter-project dependencies while tracking progress with stakeholders.
•Facilitate program governance by supporting steering committee reviews and preparing agendas, minutes, action items, and follow-up communications.
•Monitor program risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and mitigation plans, escalating schedule conflicts, resource constraints, financial concerns, and delivery risks.
•Administer portfolio information in Planview/PPM tools and support program financial management, including budget tracking, forecast updates, and variance reporting.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
•5–7 years of experience in program coordination, project coordination, PMO, project controls, or program management support.
•3+ years supporting large-scale, cross-functional programs.
•3+ years of hands-on experience with Planview or other project portfolio management (PPM) platforms.
•Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and reporting/dashboard tools.
