Key Responsibilities

  • •Set up and lead cross-discipline Project Controls teams on high risk, complex, high value projects/programmes.
  • •Define scope using exclusions, assumptions, interfaces, dependencies, and coordinate scope decomposition to enable a Work Breakdown Structure.
  • •Work with the Integrated Project Team to establish a Performance Measurement Baseline and manage the change control process.
  • •Integrate and align scope, cost, risk and schedule; analyse performance data using Earned Value Management and oversee quantitative risk analysis.
  • •Liaise with Finance to produce Cost and Cash Estimate to Complete and Estimate At Complete profiles, ensuring governance, quality, mentoring, and continuous process improvement.

Key Requirements

  • •Must be a SOLE UK National who is able to achieve and maintain UK MoD Security Clearance (SC) (eligibility may be affected by place of birth, nationality, citizenship, and residency).
  • •Proven track record delivering projects in highly regulated sectors such as defence or infrastructure.
  • •Project Controls experience across the full project lifecycle.
  • •Experience applying two or more Project Controls disciplines (e.g., planning/scheduling, cost estimation, cost control, risk management, performance reporting) and their associated software/tools.
  • •Undergraduate degree in a relevant technical or management field (or suitable equivalent qualifications and experience).
