Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, maintain, and enhance PCS monitoring reports in partnership with Process Owners and internal teams.
  • •Collaborate with module process engineering teams to prioritize and process PCS requests according to SOPs.
  • •Document lessons learned, best practices, and fab business rules related to PCS.
  • •Maintain PCS reports, portals, and supporting tools, including support for automation and AI-enabled productivity initiatives.
  • •Support PCS program management activities by coordinating with Process Owners and PCS representatives to track and follow up on improvement actions; use AI-assisted/coding/agent-based solutions to improve reporting, analysis, workflows, and operational productivity.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma or Associate Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or related discipline.
  • •Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • •Good communication and interpersonal skills, including basic to intermediate English for technical documentation and routine discussions.
  • •Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills; able to manage multiple assignments in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • •Problem-solving mindset and ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with willingness to learn new systems and AI-enabled workplace tools.
