Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead the Robotics Platform Engineering team in China, based in Shanghai.
  • •Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent, including technical leads and senior engineers.
  • •Define technical strategy, organizational priorities, and an execution roadmap for next-gen robotics reference platforms.
  • •Drive end-to-end system integration across robotics software stacks and cloud-connected services.
  • •Lead platform bring up and validation across compute modules, cameras, sensors, networking, safety systems, and robotic subsystems.

Key Requirements

  • •MS or PhD degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Robotics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • •8+ overall years developing robotics, embedded, platform, distributed, or systems software.
  • •3+ years of engineering management experience leading software or systems engineering teams and running complex cross-functional programs.
  • •Strong understanding of robotics system architecture, platform software, and hardware/software integration.
  • •Experience bringing up and deploying complex robotic systems on physical hardware.
