Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage, schedule, and delegate responsibilities to on-site staff; hire, train, and coach game masters; submit accurate timecards and reports.
  • •Maintain show elements, equipment, and facility cleanliness and readiness, arranging service calls as needed.
  • •Coordinate end-to-end corporate and private event execution, from inbound requests and bookings through onsite delivery.
  • •Manage operations budget and KPIs, control inventory, identify cost-saving opportunities, and prepare performance and budget reports; oversee safety procedures and compliance.
