Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a team of five (3 accounting officers and 2 credit controllers).
  • •Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes for the cluster.
  • •Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant reporting of financial data (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  • •Act as local point of contact for tax, legal, and credit management within the cluster.
  • •Ensure transfer pricing and intercompany compliance; coordinate stakeholders to harmonize financial processes across markets.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven knowledge of accounting, tax, and legal matters in an international context.
  • •Education in finance and accounting, preferably CFA, CPA, FA, or equivalent.
  • •5+ years of leadership experience with excellent people management skills.
  • •Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly and effectively.
  • •Comfort operating in a multinational, multi-location, multilingual matrix environment, with C1-level English and French.
