Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive business growth and customer outcomes by identifying and sizing new products, partnerships, and market opportunities, then building business cases and securing stakeholder buy-in.
  • •Own the commercial growth agenda, including monthly growth plans across acquisition and transfers, engagement and retention, plus pricing recommendations with Finance and Product.
  • •Shape the investment proposition by evaluating asset range performance, defining target state, conducting due diligence and fair value assessments, and exploring new partnerships.
  • •Build a compelling customer proposition by partnering with Product squads and providing deep investments expertise across guidance, targeted support, and educational content.
  • •Help scale Investments and Pensions into Europe via market-entry planning and coordination with country, regulatory, product, and operational teams; lead through influence and coach the investments/pensions team.
