  • •Accountable for Work Transfer project execution plans within Operations/Manufacturing, providing feedback on product introduction, equipment efficiency, supply constraints, schedules, and staffing.
  • •Focus the production team to execute to quality, schedule, and cost expectations.
  • •Implement operating plans and budgets, including priorities, production schedules, staffing plans, and budget targets.
  • •Implement quality improvement components and Lean Manufacturing programs; support cost and waste reduction and productivity improvements.
  • •Analyze demand data using Excel (tables and PivotTables) and enable cross-functional communication across departments and sites.
