Lead Designer - Teva

Drive Teva product design from concept to finished footwear, translating briefs and market trends into globally relevant, commercial designs. Apply market research to develop design concepts, create technical drawings and illustrations, and manage tech/design packages for accuracy. Collaborate closely with development and engineering to ensure design objectives are reflected in product creation and update tech packs after prototype reviews. Mentor peers and travel internationally to factory partners at key development cycles.
