Key Responsibilities

•Deliver exceptional customer service across sales, appraisals, test drives, and financing applications.
•Perform accurate vehicle condition assessments and communicate findings to Buyers.
•Manage inventory processes including vehicle check-in, daily scanning, and reconciliation.
•Conduct cosmetic inspections to meet CarMax Quality Standards.
•Handle administrative tasks such as paperwork, audits, payments, and coordinate service appointments and repair order invoice accuracy.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 17.2 - 36 hourly
