Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair basic and major mechanical issues and perform basic electrical and mechanical diagnosis.
  • •Maintain knowledge of High Voltage (HV), Low Voltage (LV), and general electric vehicle systems.
  • •Follow repair order documentation procedures, i.e. The Three C's.
  • •Document all customer vehicle interactions using the appropriate software suite.
  • •Communicate and collaborate with the service team and customers.

Key Requirements

  • •2-5 years of experience as an automotive service technician, including EV/HEV diagnosis and repair experience.
  • •Knowledge of High Voltage (HV) systems, Low Voltage (LV) systems, and Electric Vehicle powertrains.
  • •Customer-facing experience with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • •Ability to use applications such as Microsoft Office and learn proprietary DMS software.
  • •EPA 609 Certification (ASE certifications preferred).
