Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and be responsible for day-to-day dredging activities on a project.
  • •Ensure dredging activities are executed as per the project plan and provide weekly reports on milestones, progress, budget, issues, and planning.
  • •Delegate responsibilities to dredge supervisor and Sr. dredge masters(s), analyze daily reports, and recommend efficiency improvements.
  • •Monitor, evaluate, and control subcontractor activities.
  • •Ensure compliance with HSE regulations, conduct inspections, report nonconformities, and escalate risks/mitigations as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s degree, bachelor’s degree, or equivalent professional qualification.
  • •5 years of experience on dredging projects in a relevant role.
  • •In-depth understanding of dredging processes and equipment, including land reclamation, pipelines, cutter types, and pick points.
  • •Ability to transform raw data (CSV files, loggings) into readable format and interpret it to reach conclusions.
  • •PMP certification is an asset.
