Key Responsibilities

  • •Produce the daily market intelligence digest and Friday weekly rollup, apply the prioritization rubric, and run a feedback loop to tune the product over time.
  • •Monitor global multilingual sources and flag regionally significant items to the Americas, MENA, and APAC coverage heads.
  • •Build and maintain institutional relationship records in the relationship platform, including enrichment, deduplication, tiering, prospect staging workflows, and audit trail maintenance.
  • •Prepare meeting briefs at least 24 hours in advance and log outcomes and next actions in the platform; support investor meeting and roadshow materials under VP and coverage heads.
  • •Maintain the global events calendar across multiple conference types and run event follow-up operations, including promoting qualified contacts and tracking actions to completion.

Key Requirements

  • •1 to 3 years of experience in investment banking, equity or credit research, management consulting, or a data-intensive operations seat at a financial institution.
  • •A bachelor's degree is required.
  • •Excellent research and business writing skills, including compressing large volumes of information into decision-ready summaries.
  • •Familiarity with Salesforce administration concepts, SQL, or automation tooling used to build workflows.
  • •Strong working proficiency in Excel and comfort operating CRM or comparable structured data systems with accountability for data quality.
