Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, update, and implement EHS programs and the EHS intranet in collaboration with the EHS team.
  • •Support sites with implementing the EHS management system and preparing for audits, including participation in the EHS audit program.
  • •Maintain the accuracy of EHS templates, training materials, and documentation to ensure consistent information for EHS services.
  • •Manage contractor safety by reviewing Risk Assessments and Method Statements before planned works; develop risk assessments per relevant guidelines.
  • •Report incidents to corporate EHS leadership and external agencies, lead accident investigations (root cause and corrective actions), and compile weekly EHS summary reports.

Key Requirements

  • •NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety (or equivalent).
  • •5-7 years of EHS-related work experience.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Risk Management, Life Sciences (or Biology/Chemistry preferred).
  • •Experience developing and executing EHS training programs.
  • •Strong communication, written skills, and independent problem-solving to interpret regulations and implement guidance.
