Key Responsibilities

•Develop and lead PR strategies, messaging, and media relations for UK/EU markets to support brand goals.
•Plan, coordinate, and execute events (press days, product launches, influencer activations) from concept to post-event analysis.
•Identify and manage relationships with influencers, agencies, and key media partners; negotiate deals and campaigns.
•Collaborate with Marketing, Communications, and Product teams to ensure cohesive storytelling and launch readiness.
•Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and media impact; adjust tactics to optimize results.

Key Requirements

•Minimum 5 years of PR, events and influencer management experience, preferably in retail or consumer brands.
•Proven track record in developing and executing multi-channel PR campaigns across the UK and EU.
•Exceptional media relations with ability to secure strategic placements and partnerships.
•Experience planning and managing large-scale events and influencer activations, from concept to execution.
•Strong project management, cross-functional collaboration, and communication skills; data-driven with ability to measure impact.
