•Design, build, and maintain dashboards, productivity trackers, and KPIs to improve market performance and daily operations.
•Write high-complexity backend queries and run advanced SQL in Snowflake to support dashboards and ad-hoc projects.
•Source, clean, and organize data from payer portals, Rx claims files, SFTP sites, and internal databases.
•Lead data quality assurance by investigating, triaging, documenting, and resolving data quality issues, including year-end audit discrepancies.
•Develop templates and formulas in Google Sheets/Excel and provide clear visualized findings to diverse stakeholders, supporting cross-functional leadership and mentorship.
