Team Leader (Dubai, AE)

Assist the Restaurant Manager and Assistant Restaurant Manager in supervising daily outlet operations to ensure smooth service, consistent standards, and high guest satisfaction. Lead and support front-of-house staff (captains, bartenders, hostesses, waiters), handle guest concerns, and maintain grooming, hygiene, and safety compliance. Support revenue and cost control through upselling, stock and breakage monitoring, and efficient labor scheduling, while coaching and developing the team.
