Own regional P&L for the HBS Projects business, driving top-line revenue, VCM, and operating income. Build and run a management operating system to improve productivity, cost management, and profitability. Shape regional branding and market-penetration strategies, support offering management, and drive sales to win the right project work. Lead project teams and ensure successful delivery through scope, planning, budgeting, risk management, quality control, and strong client and vendor relationships.
