Lead and mentor developers and QA/automation resources to deliver a large-scale federal case management and workflow platform. •Oversee design, development, testing, and deployment of enterprise web applications and workflow solutions, aligning with operational and security requirements.
•Provide hands-on technical leadership for API integrations, backend services, document processing workflows, production incident root cause analysis, and modernization efforts.

•Strong experience leading Agile software development efforts in large enterprise or federal environments.
