Job Summary

Join Honeywell's SPS PSS as an Engineering Program Manager focusing on hardware and software R&D, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver programs on time, within cost, and with quality improvements. •Apply project management knowledge, skills, tools, techniques, and standard work to project activities to meet required business case and deliverables.

•Manage project cost, product cost, risk management, and integrated scope change control processes.
•Develop and execute resourced schedules while applying work breakdown structures and managing deadlines.
•Own execution at the portfolio level, reporting, and cross-portfolio impact assessment.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or above
•5 years project management experience in hardware and software R&D
•Familiar with new product development methodology; agile experience is preferred
•Ability to manage multiplied, system level tasks in a global environment
•Fluent oral and written English skills
