Job Summary

Shape AI-native engineering workflows across T. Rowe Price’s mobile organization by leading how native iOS/Android applications are architected, developed, tested, and released. You’ll design and operationalize agentic AI workflows (spec generation, code/test assistance, release readiness), modernize spec-driven mobile practices, and partner with engineering, architecture, product, design, security, and platform teams to scale safe, high-quality AI-enabled delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead AI-native engineering execution across one or more native mobile domains with engineering, architecture, product, design, security, and platform stakeholders.
•Translate business and product requirements into engineering-ready technical designs, implementation plans, and scalable mobile solutions.
•Design, build, and operationalize AI and agentic workflows for analysis/decomposition, specification generation, design-to-code translation, code review support, test case generation, and release readiness.
•Modernize native mobile engineering workflows by scaling spec-driven development practices for iOS and Android and integrating tools (GitHub, CI/CD, Confluence, Figma, Jira, AI platforms).
•Drive AI-enabled engineering transformation by piloting, evaluating, and scaling capabilities, defining best practices for safe adoption, and contributing to engineering strategy.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
•8+ years of experience in software engineering, native mobile engineering, or technical leadership roles.
•Strong hands-on experience building native mobile applications for iOS and/or Android.
•Proven experience leading engineering delivery across cross-functional teams.
•Hands-on experience designing, building, or operating AI-enabled or agentic engineering workflows in real-world software development environments.
