Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the dashboard product and self-serve growth engine, including signup, app creation, first key/call, usage and CU visibility, upgrade paths, and developer observability.
  • •Drive developer experience end to end across docs, SDKs, quickstarts, error messages, sandbox/testnet flows, and onboarding for the first hour of each integration.
  • •Lead product-led growth end to end by designing the developer journey from documentation through first paid workload, instrumenting the funnel, and fixing drop-offs.
  • •Own agent experience (AX) for AI coding agents, including performance of the MCP server, agent skills, and machine-readable docs.
  • •Build and run experimentation, including A/B and holdout tooling, and use warehouse analysis to uncover cohort behavior and address the truth behind churn or stagnation.

Key Requirements

  • •10+ years in product with deep time on developer platforms, APIs, or infrastructure, including direct ownership of a dashboard/console developers use daily.
  • •Proven product-led growth leadership, with experience owning a self-serve funnel at scale and demonstrating measurable impact.
  • •Strong experimentation rigor (A/B and holdouts), including sizing tests, distinguishing lift vs. fluke, and building a weekly shipping/learning culture.
  • •Highly analytical: build models, audit instrumentation, identify data issues, and defend metrics to executives.
  • •Technical enough to build with APIs, prototype with AI agents, and read code when answers aren’t in the dashboard.
