Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead development and implementation of pavement asset management frameworks for clients across infrastructure and other sectors.
  • •Provide technical leadership on complex projects, applying risk-based decision-making, whole-life asset planning, information management, and regulatory compliance.
  • •Lead analytical staff and technical experts to inform long-term capital investment programmes and advise on best practices and business transformation.
  • •Lead and manage tenders and consulting projects to deliver on time, within budget, and to exceed client expectations.
  • •Integrate technology (EAM, CMMS, DSTs), drive innovation, and mentor/develop a consulting team while meeting SH&W requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience in pavement asset management planning and engineering, infrastructure consulting, or a related field, with a track record in business development and project leadership.
  • •Demonstrated knowledge of pavement asset management practices, theory, and business strategy.
  • •Strong expertise in ISO 55000, asset lifecycle planning, investment planning, risk-based asset management strategies, and digital transformation.
  • •Broad knowledge of pavement-specific standards including DMRB, MCHW and AASHTO (other international standards considered).
  • •Professional registration (e.g., Chartered or Incorporated) and a relevant degree (BSc/BEng or MSc/MEng or equivalent).
