Post Market Surveillance Manager

Oversee post-market surveillance processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and predefined parameters. Manage and improve reporting systems, run quality assurance assessments, and investigate product complaints to address risk and drive continuous improvement. Lead and develop the team, including performance and compensation management, and design training programs covering adverse event reporting, product complaints, recall management, and quality management systems. Execute medium-to-large scale process improvement initiatives using statistical methods and best practices.
