Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform necessary maintenance and preventive maintenance of facility equipment and grounds as scheduled.
  • •Service and repair equipment on-site, meeting at least 90% of estimated repair times.
  • •Follow standard OSHA, EPA, and company safe practices on all work assignments, including full LOTO understanding and PPE use.
  • •Collaborate with other departments and identify/recommend opportunities for cost savings.
  • •Update and manage information in CMMS (reports and pass downs) and handle any waste generated from work performed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED plus 3+ years maintenance experience (or 5+ years in a related field; or 2-year technical school with 3+ years’ experience).
  • •Journeyman’s Card from an accredited apprenticeship program preferred.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and full understanding of PMs.
  • •Proficiency with computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to pull reports and enter data into CMMS (internal candidates must know the CMMS system).
  • •Electro/mechanical and troubleshooting capabilities, including ability to read prints and suggest modifications; electrical/mechanical/vacuum/robotic systems knowledge preferred.
