Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead annual budget, latest estimate, and business review processes for AP North America and LATAM, including Americas consolidation of actuals and budgets.
  • •Monitor KPIs, perform trend analysis, and manage monthly closing reviews, budget controls, and performance reporting to HQ and local management.
  • •Prepare and deliver monthly financial and operational reporting with variance analysis, business insights, and cost-saving recommendations across departments.
  • •Analyze P&L drivers and business processes, linking financial results to operational decisions and business outcomes.
  • •Lead business controlling by partnering with Accounting to ensure accurate cost allocations and support internal controls, internal/external audits, and compliance with AP standards.
Travel: Medium travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • •7+ years of experience in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, consolidation, and financial analysis (retail or luxury preferred).
  • •Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial systems, automation, and consolidation/reporting tools.
  • •Strong communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills to advise, influence, and challenge senior leadership.
  • •Accounting/GAAP knowledge and willingness to travel up to 20%.
