Manage and control MEP technical documentation and graphical records across properties under Salayel management. Maintain updated drawings, approved shop and as-built documents, and supporting design calculations for HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection. Build standardized documentation methodology, coordinate with contractors for handover packages, and update drawings for site changes while supporting CAFM integration and MEP project execution planning.

Key Responsibilities

•Maintain updated MEP drawings for all managed sites.
•Serve as custodian and single point of contact for technical drawings and graphical records.
•Maintain approved shop drawings, as-built drawings, and design calculations for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection.
•Coordinate with contractors to collect and archive completion certificates, warranties, O&M manuals, and handover documents.
•Develop standardized graphical documentation methodology and update drawings to reflect site changes to support CAFM integration and project execution programs.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
•AutoCAD certification.
•Minimum 5 years’ experience in MEP design and project execution.
•3+ years’ UAE experience (preferred).
•Advanced AutoCAD proficiency with knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection) and project documentation control.
