Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain updated MEP drawings for all managed sites.
  • •Serve as custodian and single point of contact for technical drawings and graphical records.
  • •Maintain approved shop drawings, as-built drawings, and design calculations for HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection.
  • •Coordinate with contractors to collect and archive completion certificates, warranties, O&M manuals, and handover documents.
  • •Develop standardized graphical documentation methodology and update drawings to reflect site changes to support CAFM integration and project execution programs.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
  • •AutoCAD certification.
  • •Minimum 5 years’ experience in MEP design and project execution.
  • •3+ years’ UAE experience (preferred).
  • •Advanced AutoCAD proficiency with knowledge of MEP systems (HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Protection) and project documentation control.
