Key Responsibilities

  • •Repair and maintain complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on rental and customer equipment and tools.
  • •Use technology to create, assign, and monitor work orders; track service intervals and order parts.
  • •Diagnose issues quickly by pulling data from multiple makes and models to determine root cause and corrective action.
  • •Maintain complete and timely electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) on a daily basis.
  • •Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts and support training of lower-level technicians as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Must own tools applicable to the position and have advanced mechanical aptitude with strong tool knowledge.
  • •Extensive knowledge of construction equipment, including advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams.
  • •Ability to practice safe job practices for repairing equipment and complete required work order documentation.
  • •Superior customer service, teamwork, and verbal/written communication skills.
  • •High school diploma; trade school certificate preferred, with field service/maintenance/repair experience preferred.
