Simplify complex technical information into clear documentation that supports Player Support technologies and player help experiences. You’ll gather functional and non-functional requirements from product teams, author requirement documents, and communicate scope, benefits, and results to business stakeholders. Partner with Player Support, Design, Engineering, and Production to manage product lifecycle inputs, define acceptance criteria, and support test strategy planning using tools like Jira and Confluence.
