Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage safe movement of cars into and out of the Inspection Center while meeting production and quality goals.
  • •Track and achieve inventory production targets daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • •Oversee day-to-day team activities, identify strengths/weaknesses, and determine improvement steps.
  • •Engage, coach, and manage assigned team members; provide feedback and prevent/resolve conflicts.
  • •Review and approve identified mechanical and physical defects, and lead repair vs. reject decisions while training associates to follow Quality Control standards.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • •Experience using computers.
  • •Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • •Demonstrated functional expertise in one or more areas of Carvana’s reconditioning process, including understanding current reconditioning processes and lean principles.
  • •Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and ability to lift up to 60 pounds independently.
