Key Responsibilities

•Set the Cadence: Create the financial operating calendar rhythm, templates, deliverables, executive presentation dry-runs, and alignment with cross-functional partners ahead of executive communications.
•Craft the Narrative: Translate complex financial data into compelling strategic narratives for the C-Suite and CFO, highlighting trends and insights to guide decisions.
•Be a Strategic Partner: Collaborate with finance leaders in each Division to understand drivers, analyze performance vs. plan, and provide context to consolidated results.
•Build for Scale: Improve and scale financial consolidation, reporting, and forecasting infrastructure with robust processes.
•Own the Forecast: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, synthesizing inputs into a unified financial outlook and surfacing risks and opportunities.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 193,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10 years of relevant experience in Investor Relations, Investment Banking, Corporate Finance/FP&A, Consulting or Strategy.

•Intellectually curious - you seek to understand the why behind the numbers and dive into the operations as needed.
