Key Responsibilities

•Drive end-to-end execution of features and technical programs across the portfolio, ensuring delivery of high-quality engineering outcomes within an Agile/Scrum model.
•Partner with product and engineering leaders to shape strategy, design decisions, and execution plans for scalable, high-impact customer capabilities.
•Own delivery against plans, timelines, and commitments, maintaining clear accountability and driving teams to successful outcomes.
•Facilitate effective Agile ceremonies, including retrospectives, and drive actionable improvements while escalating systemic impediments when needed.
•Clearly define and communicate scope, timelines, dependencies, ownership, and risks, providing structured, data-driven updates to engineering teams and senior leadership.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 94,000 - 138,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
•Extensive experience delivering complex technical programs, with the ability to drive and influence transformational change in end-to-end product delivery using Agile methodologies.
•Demonstrated ability to operate independently and take ownership in complex, ambiguous environments.
•Experience breaking down complex problems, organizing work, planning sprints, developing roadmaps, and delivering technical programs using Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
•Strong program ownership mindset, serving as a trusted point of contact and source of truth for program status, ensuring accurate, timely, and data-driven communication to stakeholders.
