Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a team of 4-6 engineers responsible for application development and production support across all four APAC Prime Brokerage business lines.
  • •Serve as a hands-on technical contributor—designing solutions, reviewing code, and troubleshooting production issues alongside the team.
  • •Partner with business stakeholders in APAC to gather requirements, prioritize initiatives, and deliver new functionality.
  • •Coordinate with the US-based global technology leadership on architecture decisions, release planning, and shared platform direction.
  • •Manage production support coverage for APAC hours, ensuring system stability and timely incident resolution.

  • •Significant experience in financial services technology with direct exposure to prime brokerage, securities finance, or related capital markets domains.
