Job Summary

Lead the CRM Application Development team for SEB Kort Group, driving CRM capabilities across multiple markets. Key Responsibilities

•Lead a line team of around 15 people (CRM Developers, Java Developers, and business experts) across several agile teams.
•Provide cross-geography leadership with staff in Sweden and Germany.
•Ensure accountability and ownership of IT assets connected to CRM capabilities, including lifecycle management, risk, and operational stability.
•Ensure modern engineering practices aligned with SEB ways of working.
•Represent IT assets within the CRM parts of the SEB Kort Card agile domain.

Key Requirements

•Experience leading through change and ambiguity, translating complexity into clarity.
•Strong stakeholder management skills, building trust across organizational and cultural boundaries.
•Solid technical understanding with a business-oriented mindset.
•Experience with CRM applications, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a strong plus.
•Strong ability to lead, coach and mentor engineers; previous experience leading people is required.
