Senior QC Team Leader

Lead the daily operations of the QC, IQC, and Lab teams to ensure products meet strict quality standards. Optimize workforce efficiency, enforce 5S and safety on the shopfloor, and resolve real-time quality issues with line operators. Drive defect reduction by managing NCR/CCR, coordinating incident containment, and implementing CAPA. Handle customer complaints and oversee rework/delivery. Maintain readiness for internal and external compliance audits and deliver weekly quality reporting.
