Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently conduct site inspections in selected discipline.
  • •Review design information, tolerances, and agreed methods of working.
  • •Assess whether test procedures and recorded results demonstrate compliance with specifications and industry codes.
  • •Assist with reviewing project documentation for compliance with specifications and industry codes of practice.
  • •Produce high-standard site observation documentation, report issues to senior team members, and liaise with contractors’ commissioning teams.

Key Requirements

  • •MEP / Building services Engineering degree (BSc Electrical Engineering or BSc Building Services Engineering).
  • •Minimum 5 years of job-related experience with an engineering degree.
  • •Minimum 6 years of job-related experience with a college diploma, or 7 years with a college or trade certificate.
  • •Independently work on complex tasks and demonstrate significant experience with advanced competencies.
  • •Industry accreditations such as Incorporated Engineer, CSA Grade 4, or commissioning certifications (BCA, ACG, NEBB) are desirable (not essential).
