Job Summary

Build and strengthen the security posture of a fast-moving AI customer experience platform by partnering with engineering teams on architecture reviews, threat models, and secure product and cloud infrastructure. Own security and cloud tooling, automate scanning across the CI-CD pipeline (SCA, SAST, containers, and IaC), identify and remediate security gaps, and research new attacks. Work cross-functionally in a globally distributed environment using AWS/GCP and Kubernetes.

•Partner with engineering teams to build secure products and infrastructure at scale.
•Conduct architecture reviews and threat models as the day-to-day security partner across the company.

•Own product security and cloud security tooling, building automations for ongoing protection.
•Embed security scanning into CI-CD for SCA, SAST, container, and IaC, then identify gaps and propose solutions.
