Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.
  • •Proactively grow customer relationships using pre-set appointments, Centers of Influence, a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up, and referrals.
  • •Educate and refer customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships and strengthen internal partnerships.
