Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the monthly/quarterly/annual close, including GL management, journal entries, reconciliations, and technical US GAAP accounting policies.
  • •Oversee AR/AP/billing, track and manage DSO/DPO and billing accuracy, and support liquidity and working capital outcomes.
  • •Lead payroll operations across jurisdictions, manage treasury and banking relationships, and support cash forecasting with FP&A.
  • •Own global tax compliance and intercompany/consolidation/transfer pricing frameworks with appropriate documentation and controls.
  • •Design internal controls, manage external audit, build audit committee communication materials, and support M&A accounting diligence and integration.

Key Requirements

  • •CPA designation and 15+ years of progressive accounting and controllership experience in high-growth technology businesses.
  • •Proficiency with US GAAP and working knowledge of IFRS.
  • •Deep experience with multi-entity, multi-national accounting including intercompany, consolidation, and transfer pricing.
  • •Experience building and scaling a controls environment with public-company readiness as a long-term objective.
  • •Hands-on AI/automation use in accounting workflows and strong data/systems literacy to design chart of accounts for analytical reporting.
