Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the site’s operational performance, financial outcomes, customer satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.
  • •Lead the initial handover of the warehouse and ensure continuation of service while meeting quality and safety standards.
  • •Serve as the key point of contact with the project team to deliver service level agreements and support TUPE activity.
  • •Manage the site’s P&L to meet financial expectations while balancing delivery and quality requirements.
  • •Lead and develop a senior team responsible for day-to-day operations and long-term site strategy.

Key Requirements

  • •Extensive experience leading logistics or manufacturing operations at a medium to large site.
  • •Proven senior management experience with the ability to lead a small team to deliver ambitious goals.
  • •Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, lean principles, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • •Ability to manage complex operations and drive results under pressure.
  • •Fluency in English and Slovak is essential.
