Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and resolve end-to-end employee exits for Remote’s external employees across multiple international jurisdictions.
  • •Provide HR guidance on termination, resignation, transfers, employment contracts, and redundancy processes while ensuring legal compliance.
  • •Lead and facilitate exit-related meetings, negotiations, and administrative hearings with multiple stakeholders.
  • •Draft, tailor, and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.
  • •Process offboarding in Remote’s internal HRIS platform and coordinate with stakeholders (e.g., Customer Success, Legal, Payroll, Benefits) to ensure timely administration.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
