Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and implement the data model (CSDM) to align technological assets with business needs for client environments
  • •Audit existing configurations, identify data silos, and restore trust in the repository to provide 360° SI visibility
  • •Design operational workflows (Discovery, Service Mapping, integrations) ensuring a viable, dynamic CMDB
  • •Leverage data as a driver for AI/ML capabilities (AIOps, cybersecurity, performance management)
  • •Conduct Change Management activities to educate technical and business leadership on data value and ensure sustainable adoption

Key Requirements

  • •Upper-level education (Bac+5) with dense professional experience on the ServiceNow platform, specialization in CMDB and the CSDM model
  • •Strong overview of ITSM tools and business processes and integration of innovative SaaS solutions
  • •Ability to design meaningful, viable data architectures
  • •Significant interest in AI (GenAI, Predictive Intelligence) to transform CMDB into AI-driven IT foundations
  • •Excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in English
