Key Responsibilities

•Define and implement the data model (CSDM) to align technological assets with business needs for client environments
•Audit existing configurations, identify data silos, and restore trust in the repository to provide 360° SI visibility
•Design operational workflows (Discovery, Service Mapping, integrations) ensuring a viable, dynamic CMDB
•Leverage data as a driver for AI/ML capabilities (AIOps, cybersecurity, performance management)
•Conduct Change Management activities to educate technical and business leadership on data value and ensure sustainable adoption

Key Requirements

•Upper-level education (Bac+5) with dense professional experience on the ServiceNow platform, specialization in CMDB and the CSDM model
•Strong overview of ITSM tools and business processes and integration of innovative SaaS solutions
•Ability to design meaningful, viable data architectures
•Significant interest in AI (GenAI, Predictive Intelligence) to transform CMDB into AI-driven IT foundations
•Excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in English
