  • •Analyze asset age and utilization data to model optimal replacement timing and increase asset longevity.
  • •Develop and motivate engineering teams, partnering with HR for leadership programs, performance management, and workplace safety culture.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field plus 10+ years of relevant engineering management experience (or equivalent education and experience).
  • •5+ years in a leadership position with team development and management experience.
  • •Prior experience in an engineer role.
  • •Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and SAP.
  • •Strong critical thinking/problem-solving and high-level written and oral communication; able to communicate technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
