Junior Billing Specialist

Support day-to-day billing and collections by preparing monthly fees, calculating and sending invoices, and following up accounts receivable. Maintain billing accuracy and data integrity through system fee checks and database maintenance. Handle merchant correspondence and help resolve billing issues with cross-functional teams, while monitoring overdraft accounts and notifying customers for settlement.
