Job Summary

Assist with monthly close and month-end/year-end processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis. Prepare accruals, prepaid analysis, and bank reconciliations, and support U.S. GAAP financial statement preparation. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights, support external audits and due diligence requests, and help strengthen internal controls. Also support the implementation and enhancement of accounting systems and tools.

•Assist with monthly close and ensure compliance with the monthly close calendar.
•Participate in month-end and year-end close processes, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis.
•Prepare accruals and perform prepaid analysis; perform bank reconciliations.
•Assist in preparation of U.S. GAAP financial statements and support external audits and due diligence requests.
•Support internal controls, strengthen the internal control environment, and help implement/enhance accounting systems and tools.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance (completed or in progress) or equivalent working experience.
•1+ years of direct experience supporting accounting for a U.S./Europe-based international company (public accounting or international company experience).
•Strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting processes, controls, and systems.
•Experience establishing and optimizing reporting processes for accurate, timely reporting.
•Advanced Excel skills; NetSuite ERP experience is a plus.
