Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise facility and regional leadership on HR strategy, organizational design, and workforce optimization.
  • •Manage employment-related inquiries from employees and managers with timely guidance.
  • •Handle mid- to high-level employee relations issues and escalate complex matters to senior HR leadership or legal as needed.
  • •Partner with facility hiring managers to align staffing levels with budgeted headcount and operational needs.
  • •Initiate investigations and assist with documentation for legal matters (e.g., EEOC/REDA, OSHA, hotline complaints) and manage unemployment claims.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • •5+ years of HR generalist experience.
  • •Preferred: PHR/SPHR/SHRM-CP certification.
  • •Proficiency in HRIS systems (Workday preferred), Microsoft Office Suite, and data analytics.
  • •Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain confidentiality.
