Key Requirements

  • •Lead squads through engineering managers, aligning with product and business goals.
  • •2+ years working closely with Machine Learning to understand model architectures, experiment design, and live-serving monitoring in low-latency/high-throughput contexts.
  • •Comfortable with API-based communication (gRPC) and event-based communication (SNS/SQS, Kafka).
  • •Familiar with Kotlin/JVM concepts and able to abstract programming knowledge across multiple scenarios.
  • •Experience with IaaC and infrastructure running on Kubernetes with Helm and Terraform in AWS.
