Key Responsibilities

  • •Execute inventory management to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink.
  • •Investigate and help root-cause inventory accuracy issues by partnering with the General/Store Manager to escalate process or system gaps.
  • •Support operational workflows including shipment, receiving and processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery, replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Maintain and champion strong sales floor visual standards and support reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
  • •Support a safe, efficient store environment through stockroom standards and perform other tasks as needed while moving throughout the store.

  • •1+ years prior work experience in a client-centric, sales and operational environment.
